The blog we\u2019ve been threatening to start for ages has finally rolled out of the driveway. <em>Rides, Strides &amp; Vibes<\/em> is our little corner of the internet where running shoes meet van wheels, and where the stories are as much about the people (and the mishaps) as they are about the miles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who\u2019s \u201cwe\u201d?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-gradient-1-gradient-background has-background\">I\u2019m Robbie \u2014 runner, storyteller, occasional hill\u2011moaner. Paula\u2019s my partner in life and on the trails \u2014 faster, fitter, and forever in that white cap. We\u2019ll be mixing race recaps with van\u2011life tales, sprinkling in fundraising updates, and hopefully making you laugh enough to spill your tea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So buckle up, lace up, and join us for the ride.
